    1. Service Agreement

    These terms of business apply to all IT support services provided by Nerds Online Limited. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

    2. Services Provided

    We offer a range of IT support services including:

    • On-site IT support and repairs
    • Remote technical support
    • Home and elderly tech assistance
    • Small business IT support
    • Wi-Fi and network setup
    • Smart home and device configuration
    • Virus removal and security

    3. Pricing and Payment

    • Prices are quoted in GBP and are subject to VAT where applicable
    • On-site visits include an initial service period as specified in the quote
    • Additional time is charged at the agreed hourly or half-hourly rate
    • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed
    • We accept card payments, bank transfer, and cash

    4. Appointments and Cancellations

    • Appointments are confirmed by phone or email
    • We aim to provide same-day or next-day service where possible
    • Please give at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations
    • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a call-out fee

    5. Customer Responsibilities

    You agree to:

    • Provide accurate information about your IT issues
    • Ensure safe access to your property for on-site visits
    • Back up important data before we work on your equipment
    • Provide any passwords or access credentials needed for the work

    6. Data and Confidentiality

    We treat all customer data as confidential. We will not access, copy, or share your personal files unless required to complete the requested work. Our staff are trained in data protection and confidentiality.

    7. Warranty and Liability

    • We take reasonable care in performing our services
    • We cannot guarantee that all issues will be resolved
    • We are fully insured for public liability
    • We are not responsible for pre-existing hardware faults or data loss
    • Our liability is limited to the value of services provided

    8. Parts and Equipment

    If parts or equipment are required, we will provide a quote before proceeding. Parts are sourced from reputable suppliers and come with manufacturer warranties where applicable.

    9. Complaints

    If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us immediately. We take all complaints seriously and aim to resolve issues promptly and fairly.
